About this event
Holotropic breathwork is a therapeutic breathing practice that is intended to help with emotional healing and personal growth.
It is said to produce an altered state of consciousness. The process involves breathing at a fast rate for minutes to hours.
During this session, you will be lying down while guided through the breathwork practice. You are required to bring your own pillows, blankets to keep yourself comfortable.
