Ancient Egyptian Yoga is a practice documented on the temple walls of Egypt over 10,000 years ago. During our sessions, we will be using the Tjef Neteru Smai Paut system which translates into the Divine Movements of the Gods and Goddeses. We will activate our breath to help move and extend our bodies reflective of our ancestors ultimately balancing the mind, body and soul. With this practice we will slow down our heart rate, relieve tension and stress, tap into the great power within our temple as we strive to expand our range of motion, heal from within and strengthen our mind-body connection. The Egyptian Yoga session will run 1 hour and a half and will be followed by a plantbased soup prepared by the Omega's Fruits of Life Kitchen. This class is open to men and women of all ages and fitness abilities. No prior experience is necessary. Bring your mat and water. Yoga mats will be provided if needed.
