Omega I

This is the first step in your Omega journey. This free three-day program is the first level of Self-Knowledge and is the foundation of our organization.

Held over the course of one weekend, the classroom opens:

• Friday at 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday at 9 a.m.
• Sunday at 9 a.m.

Closing times vary with each group. A full program may take up to 24 hours.

Requirements: The only requirement? A clear schedule and a commitment to attend and complete the full three days.
