Here is some info on what you will get!

My name is Jacob “Rabbit” Wyatt and I am a national top 10, 77kg weightlifter based out of central North Carolina under the coaching of Travis Mash and Don McCauley. I am proud to offer a one of a kind, hands on learning experience for athletes of all ages! Whether this is your first day of weightlifting or you are a seasoned veteran in the sport; everyone can learn something from my clinic so you won’t want to miss out!!! I take a lot of pride and spend a lot of time and effort making sure my clinics are as thought out and knowledge filled as possible so that you can feel better about your weightlifting, cross fitting, nutrition, health and so much more after you leave. Seminar Schedule

9 am- 9:15 am/ Stretch warm up

9:15 am -10:15 am/ snatch drills and accessory work

10:15 am – 11:00 am/ Snatch work (Max out session or just do some reps)

11:00 am – 12:00 noon/ Lunch Break

12:00 noon- 1:00 pm/ Clean and jerk (starting with jerk)

1:00pm- 2:00 pm/ Clean and jerk workout (max out of do reps)

2:00pm to 3:00 pm/ Squat, pull, press tutorial also go over the do’s and don’ts of these exercises

3:00 pm to 4:00pm/ Q&A session!!! This is where you all can ask about cutting weight, meet prep/ coaching and nutrition for your sport!!!
