This workshop was created from the often overlooked an underdeveloped nature of sales, sales teams, sales training.

We will be identifying the existing old model for sales everyone operates from and creating with you a new model for sals in the 21st century. In this new model, we will be sharing the access for unprecedented sustainable success and how to implement it into your organization.

We will also be covering how to recruit and hire top notch sales people, how to train them to succeed immediately, and how to develop a powerfully consistent and successful sales department regardless of your industry, product, or service provided.

One of the tools in our new sales model is how to maximize and get referrals naturally without having to beg, plead, or pester your clients for them. We will share our process for developing a natural referral program throughout your sales process so that after you deliver your product/service to them, and often even before then, they will want to share it with their friends and with their networks.
