• General Admission tickets are SOLD OUT. If you are not a member, reach out to a member you know to ask to be their guest. Member tickets are still available for them and their guests. All member tickets will be checked against our registry and any member tickets purchased by non-members will not be valid or refunded.
• All members, their guests, and volunteers must purchase tickets online prior to the event. No additional members or guests will be admitted at the gate and cash will not be accepted for admission.
• Members may purchase tickets for up to 7 guests.
• All tickets are sold in advance and are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, The Club thanks you for your donation.
• Children under 18 are free and do not require a ticket.
• No dogs, outside food, alcohol, or other non-water beverages are allowed at the fest.
• Ticket price includes one commemorative pint drink vessel. If you bring your Tourist Club Silipint from a previous fest you will have the option to get another one or a free drink ticket.
• Attendees are encouraged to bring personal water containers as we will not provide disposable drinkware.
• It is the responsibility of every member and guest to be familiar with and abide by our guest rules at https://touristclubsf.org/members/governing-documents/#rules.
• All volunteers handling food and/or beverages must be vaccinated. Proof of vaccination is not required for other volunteers or guests.

Are there ID requirements or a minimum age to enter the event?

The fest is open to all ages. A ticket is required for adults 18 and over. Those wishing to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages must show a valid ID at the gate.

Access to our lodge

Getting to and from our mountain lodge can be challenging. A minimum of a half-mile hike is required to reach our lodge from our parking lot or a trailhead. Our 100+ year-old property has numerous staircases, uneven steps, and dirt trails. A shuttle is available during festivals from the lodge up the hill to our Ridge Avenue parking lot later in the day. The shuttle is for the disabled and infirm only. 

Do I have to bring a printed ticket to the event?

There is no need to bring a paper ticket or to print the confirmation email. Your name will be on an attendee list at the entrance. Just bring a valid photo ID to show when you check in. We are in the woods, with spotty internet coverage, so we don't support mobile tickets.

What is the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final and there are no refunds. The fest goes on, rain or shine!
