OKR Facilitator Certification

***NOTE: Class is 9:00 pm - 1:00 pm EST on Saturday 2/25 and Saturday 3/4***

OKR Facilitator’s who are certified by OKR Cohort are able to:

• Guide the creation of effective OKRs
• Enable vertical and horizontal alignment
• Facilitate OKR creation sessions
• Collaborate with leaders on how to operationalize their OKRs

The OKR Cohort OKR Facilitator Certification will enable the ability to facilitate all levels of the OKR life cycle inside of an organization (or for customers as well), from the development of good Objectives and Key Results to the deployment of strategic, tactical and operational goals, to OKR monitoring and closure all with good governance and discipline.

The Facilitator certification is intended for individuals who are going to be responsible for leading the creation of OKRs throughout the OKR cycle. These individuals have some facilitation skills, business acumen, growth mindset, and a curiosity that guides their engagement with leaders at all levels. With this certification you will be ready to lead your first OKR session. Certification Topics:

• General facilitation skills
• OKR workshop creation
• Vertical and horizontal alignment facilitation
• Facilitation tools

Course Length: 8 hours (two – four hour sessions

Recommended Pre-requisite: OKR Practioner Certification

Who should get OKR Facilitator Certified? Individual who will be responsible for helping teams create their OKRs. The course will prepare you for the OKR Facilitator Certification exam and advanced OKR certifications.
