About this Event

The Innovation Effect is proud to participate at Oslo Innovation Week for the fifth time. This year, we are partnering up with Atea to set the spotlight on the major shifts in the world of work caused by Covid-19.

The extraordinary situation over the last months has proven to be a matter of life or death for companies worldwide, where only the most adaptable succeed. Many companies are now preparing for a hybrid workplace with more remote work as the new normal. What are the best survival strategies when the choice is between adapting your business or die out? How do you keep it business as usual when the situation is not? How to build an effective and trustworthy digital workplace? And what are the pros and cons of working from home?

At OIW 2020, we will delve into the topic of the new hybrid workplace from different perspectives, ranging from discussing the best hardware, software, tech and IT security solutions, to investigating the psychological and interpersonal aspects of remote work.

Join us for an exciting digital event and take part in the discussion! What is your survival strategy for tackling the new normal? Are you innovative enough to adapt?

Lars will share his thoughts on a few key questions: What are the learnings from those who have thrived, and those who have struggled? Why did we need a crisis to change at all? What are the long-term effects of the crisis? And what is the new normal?
