WHAT'S IT ABOUT?

We'll be discussing the effectiveness of combining essential oils with daily meditative routines to improve mood, anxiety, negativity and stress levels.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

What essential oils are and how are they work on the body, mind and soul

What essential oils to use for different emotional states - anxiety versus low mood, fatigue versus stress, negativity versus low self-esteem, etc.

Different ways to use essential oils and how they enhance daily routines
-
How to create easy morning and/or evening meditative routines - I'll be teaching an easy morning meditation routine (to improve mood and thoughts for the day) and a quick, relaxing and grounding evening routine to decrease stress and anxiety
+ a 15-minute group guided meditation included! (No experience necessary)
If you're new to meditation, this is a great evening to try it out and learn quick and easy routines to implement into your day.
WHAT DO I BRING?

Please bring a small pillow to sit on for meditation. Chairs also available.
