Event Information
Description
Welcome
Welcome to the OH-IUG Regional Users Group Conference. We are glad to welcome everyone* in the Midwest who wants to learn more about Innovative products and network with your peers during what promises to be another informative conference.
Location and Parking
This year's conference will be held at the OCLC Conference Center in Dublin, Ohio (see the map below). There is plenty of free onsite parking available at the Conference Center.
Schedule
Registration opens at 8:30am, the first conference sessions begin at 9:30am and the last sessions end at 3:30pm. Acces a full copy of the conference schedule here. It is not necessary for you to present a copy of your Eventbrite eTicket ticket at the door.
As part of your registration, we'll ask you which breakout sessions you plan to attend. This will help with room planning the day of the conference. You may want to review the schedule first and highlight which sessions you'll be interested in before you proceed with registration. While you can change sessions the day of the conference, please note that there may be standing room only for those that didn't initially register for that session ahead of time.
Lunch
A buffet lunch is included with your registration.
Lunch is NOT included for Late Regstration tickets.
Payment
Payment via credit card is the only accepted method for this year's conference. You can register multiple people at once by adjusting the quantity on this page before proceeding.
Refunds can be requested until October 2nd. After October 2nd, a ticket can be transferred.
Ticket sales are handled through the Central Library Consortium. If needed, you can download a copy of CLC's W9 form.
Presenters
If you are a presenter, please make sure to enter your promo code when prompted. Once you enter the code, it will unlock a new discounted ticket type. You can then select the number of Presenter & General tickets and proceed to the order page.
