Our inaugural session will be for members looking for support on management and team issues.

A nonprofit member with a specific challenge you need insight and advice on to advance your mission

An SVP who wants to advise or mentor nonprofits with specific challenges surrounding team management

FORMAT:

  • 1 Hour Sessions
  • Available on a first-come, first-serve basis
  • We’ll reach out in the weeks before to check in on your goals for the session
  • You’ll be matched with a Mission Capital team member or SVP who fits your needs

HOW TO PREPARE:

Before

  • Fill out the prep form
  • Figure out what information you need to walk away with for next steps

During

  • Be ready with your “elevator pitch”
  • Pinpoint your biggest challenge
  • Be clear with your questions and specific with your asks
  • Brainstorm next steps

After

  • Follow-up to say thank you!
  • Keep your contact updated with your progress
