A 15 minute interactive guided self foot massage and soft tissue session for your weary but brilliant by a professional who knows feet.

About this Event

Tap into how GREAT you can feel, stand and move after just a bit of soft tissue release, stretching and movement to your feet, ankle and lower leg. These appendages walk you through your entire life quite selflessly. Over time they take a real beating so it's important to care for them.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

  • Anyone who has feet; athletes, hikers, walkers, workers and those with two appendages at the end of their lower legs.

In these sessions you will learn a few things to get you started on taking good care of your feet. You will discover what kind of foot posture you have, each session will focus on separate foot posture. Ease discomfort and pain and create refreshment from the ground up using these simple tools.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

  • A tennis ball or other small ball (but not too hard of one).
  • A pencil or pen.
  • A small hand towel.
  • Essential oil or lotion (optional)
