Do you use dashboards to communicate with your stakeholders? In this month's session, Jason Oliver will show us how to deliver valuable business insights to different audiences using dashboards.

Join us to learn how to:

  • Tailor dashboards for appropriate audiences

  • Calibrate dashboard content access between “need to know” and “right to explore & reveal”

  • Gauge appropriate use of visuals, scope, filters, and more!

About the Facilitator:

Jason Oliver, CBAP is a seasoned business analyst who has worked in all industry sectors: private, not-for-profit, crown corporation, and currently in government. His work has spanned all BA methodologies. He was a former VP of Certification for the IIBA Ottawa-Gatineau chapter, a writer and reviewer for the BABOK v3, and a volunteer for CBAP learning sessions. A firm believer in lifelong learning, Jason has also attained a CISSP, has done book reviews, and studied enterprise architecture for the public sector.
