FAQs

What age is appropriate for the attraction?

Officially we recommend that guests be 12 years or older. That said, there are younger children who have no problem with the haunt and also older kids and adults who simply cannot make it all the way through. Use your best judgement! We do offer two afternoons of Keiki Hours, from 4-7 on Oct. 21 and 28, during which we offer a much-toned down version of our regular haunt, with no jump scares and all the lights on, and the opportunity to trick or treat within the attraction with our actors handing out candy. It's great for younger kids and scaredy-cat adults!

Are there any health conditions that would prevent me from going into the attraction?

Each year's haunt is different and may include any or all of the following: intense audio and lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, moving floors, optical effects, sudden actions and an overall physically demanding environment. You should not enter if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, physical ailments, respiratory or any type of medical problem, are prone to seizures, or are pregnant, or suffer from any form of mental disease including claustrophobia.

Do not enter if you are intoxicated, wearing any form of cast, medical brace, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitation, Do not enter if you are taking medication or using drugs of any type.

Is there parking?

Our parking lot is used for the queue to enter the attraction, but there is street parking on Hamakua Dr., as well as numerous free and paid parking lots within a couple of blocks of our venue.

What are the rules of the haunt?

There is no smoking, running, eating or drinking inside the attraction. Additionally, there is no touching of the actors, other customers, or props inside the attraction. No video or flash photography may be taken inside the attraction. You will be asked to leave the property immediately if any of these rules are not followed.
