About this event

The Annual OCSAPN Conference (Orange County Substance Abuse Prevention Network) is an education, outreach, and networking event focused on strengthening our Orange County Prevention Community.

This year's conference will be in-person with a virtual option. Featured speakers will be:

  • Helen Duplessis, MD, Health Management Associates: Fentanyl Scares the Heck Out of Me: What You Should Know.
  • Aimee Dunkle, Solace Foundation: Overdose Recognition and Response Training, and naloxone distribution.
  • Pamela Kahn, MPH, RN, Orange County Department of Education: Adverse Childhood Experiences and their relationship to illicit drug use.
  • Strength in Numbers OC, Laguna Beach High School: Youth Panel.

3 CEUs will be available for: MD, RN, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LEP, AOD, and CHES II.

Networking and the Showcase of Community Resources begin at 9:00 a.m, and presentations begin at 10:00 a.m.

In-person attendance: $15 | Virtual attendance: $5 donation suggested
