Stats from the 2017 festival:

Last year, 1,300 attendees downed over 11,500 oysters from 17 RI-based farms; with the help of The Nature Conservancy of RI we diverted over 2.6 tons of shells for reef building throughout southern New England; and all else was compostable waste kept from the landfills thanks to our friends at The Compost Plant. This is a Net Zero Waste event!
