 Obtaining a Mortgage Workshop

Getting a mortgage to purchase a home is more complicated than applying for a credit card or borrowing money for a car. In this workshop you will learn the steps involved in obtaining a mortgage loan:

  • mortgage loan/PITI payments,
  • the mortgage loan process and what lenders are looking for,
  • different kinds of lenders and loan categories, and
  • the different types of mortgage loans that are most commonly used by first-time homebuyers.
