The Obstacle Course: will include running with a potato between your knees, balancing a ping pong ball on a spoon while walking, crawling on grass under a low tarp (Don't worry, no barbed wire!) And some simple cardio exercises....most people should be able to do all of them unless they have an injury or condition. There is a health release of liability waiver to sign

Saturday,.. I will have a full list of everything you will be doing on the day of the event. I will allow people to work as a team of 2. So if you want to find a partner who is more athletic than you are to do the harder parts of the obstacle course for you, then you can do that! If you win, you can each have 1 gift certificate for massage therapy. Or if you do the obstacle course solo and win, you will get 2 massage gift

I went to the Modesto Pregnancy Center in 2006 when I was 19 and found out I was pregnant with my son and I am forever grateful for the help they gave me 🖤 & I want to continue paying it forward by helping them help other moms in need. If you are someone in need yourself or want to learn more about the Modesto Pregnancy Center, you can reach them at: 209-526-1734.
