Oakland's New Year's Eve Comedy Bash 2023/24

Spend the last night of 2023 with some laughs with some of the Bay Area’s best comedians. Come grab a cocktail and laugh with comedians while they joke about all the shit that went down in 2023 and their New Year's Resolutions. It's the perfect comedy pre-game for NYE.

We'll take over the Golden State Lounge, a speakeasy-style bar at Oakland's Award -winning Copper Spoon and turn it into into a pop-up comedy club with comfy couches, a brick fireplace, funky furnishings and lots of plants.

Not to mention Copper Spoon won Best New Bar by East Bay Express. Come grab a drink to see what the hype is about. Let’s close out 2023 with a bang! 

NYE Afterparty - Tickets to the 10pm comedy show include complimentary admission to New Year's Eve afterparty until 2am.

About Copper Spoon Owners of Copper Spoon started as a food truck called Sassafras Seagrass in 2013. Vita Simone and Carmen Anderson always wanted to make the transition to bar and restaurant since Simone is an accredited bartender in Oakland. In 2015 they had the opportunity to do so when the historic Art's Crab Shak was being sold. Copper Spoon opened in 2017 with an expansive 20 person bar and eclectic California comfort food menu.
