Blessings and thank you for your interest in the 2019 NYTS Urban Ministry and Mentoring Conference!

The purpose of the conference is to celebrate New York Theological Seminary’s commitment to “preparing women and men for faith-based ministries in the city and throughout the world.”

Attendees will enjoy:

  • Training for the Mentoring for the Thriving in Ministry in the City (MTMC) Program and the Sing Sing Mentoring Program

  • Special Guest Trainer - Dr. Dean K. Thompson, President Emeritus and Professor of Ministry Emeritus at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Editor: Mentoring - Biblical, Theological, and Practical Perspectives. This book will be available for purchase and book signing by Dr. Thompson

  • Information sessions and panel with the Directors of each NYTS Academic Program

  • Testimonials from current students and alumni/ae

  • Open House

  • Free hourly giveaways

  • All day Ministry Fair
