NYSC BURN Training - Long Island/Boroughs
This training will review all the current formats used for TSI's signature class BURN. BURN is a circuit based cardio and strength training class incoprorating different modalities of interval training including HIIT. You must be a current employee of TSI with either a group exercise or personal training certification in order to attend and teach this format.
Bring workout gear and water! Be prepared to experience the class as well as learn teaching technique.
