About this Event

For this special event in Chelsea during New York Retail Innovation Week. Start-ups and solutions providers in the retail and CX sectors provide back-to-back pitch presentations.

There will be a quality control process to select the companies presenting at this event. Solution providers will be selected around key themes identified by PSFK researchers. These themes will include:

How retailers are creating multi-layered sensory environments to offer playful and engaging opportunities to immerse shoppers in the brand’s storytelling, within the context of the retail environment.

Removing friction through self-service experiences
