TICKET DETAILS:

Ticket sales are final and non refundable however ticket names can be changed. Tickets can be transferred to another date where possible. Contact steve@tiltcolorado.com to make a transfer request or ticket name change. No transfers are possible 48hours before a show.

SAFE DANCING

Please be mindful of your personal safety and the safety of others while using the headphones . The headphones decrease your ability to hear regular noises on the street or your surrounding area. The headphones are also fitted with a volume switch so you can adjust the sound to an appropriate level for your safety and enjoyment.

SECURITY:

Any unreturned headphones or damaged headphones will incur a $75 replacement charge.

The headphones only work with the silent disco equipment and do not operate as regular headphones.

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY

Photographs and/or video will be taken at silent discos.

By taking part in this event you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.

If you do not wish to be photographed please inform an event organizer.

All attendees participating in a Silent Disco do so at their own risk and waive any liability claims against Big Little Sound when they agree to rent the headphones . This includes personal injury as well as loss, damage or theft to any participants property while they are participating in a silent disco. Any child under 18 years must be under the supervision of an adult at all times.
