If you are interested in free training this summer to commercialize your clean technology, please attend our info session (in person or via the live stream link below).
"Clean Tech I-Corps" is free, local, and no NSF funding is required!
The NYC Regional Innovation Node (NYCRIN), with $3.74M in NSF funding, and PowerBridgeNY (PBNY), with $10M in NYSERDA funding, are teaming up to teach the NSF Innovation Corps (I-Corps) course based on Lean Launchpad specifically for clean tech researchers and startups.
Clean Tech I-Corps provides faculty and students with an in-depth understanding of the commercialization process, intimate knowledge of markets applicable to their research and can help to build value for transformational ideas. This program requires the team to attend a 2 day in-person course in NYC, attend 3 weekly webinars, and finally attend a 2 day in-person presentation of their discoveries in NYC (see dates below). Most importantly, the teams are required to “get out of the building” and conduct customer discovery by interviewing potential customers to identify the clean technology’s product/market fit.
