The NYC Zendesk User Group is pleased to announce our second user group meeting to be held on Wednesday, January 23rd from 6-8pm. The event is being hosted by Case Commons in Pivotal Labs' offices at Union Square.

Zendesk will provide snacks and drinks as well as have a member of our team on-site to answer questions and share upcoming Zendesk features (including betas). If you can't attend, please make sure to subscribe to the NYC user group forum to keep apprised of future events!

6:00 - 6:20pm: Arrival and meet n' greet with other group members
6:20 - 6:30pm: Laurence Koret, Support Manager for Pivotal will speak a little about Pivotal Labs and what they do - they are also Zendesk users :-) 
6:30 - 6:50pm: Zendesk customer Justin Scott, Customer Experience Manager for Rockstar Games, shares how they use Zendesk 
6:50 - 7:40pm: Breakout sessions: please vote for which breakout session topics interest you most during registration. Options include: 

  • Triggers and Automation – Tips and Tricks
  • Customizing your Zendesk
  • Gooddata and Metrics
  • Workflow Design – Users and Groups
  • Macros and Auto-Replies
  • Forums and knowledge-base management
  • Transitioning from old agent interface to new Zendesk (formerly “Lotus”)

7:40 - 8:00pm: Networking

We've suggested some topics for the breakout sessions and would love to hear if there are specific topics or questions you would like discussed. Please answer the optional questions during the registration process and we'll add the most popular to the agenda!
