TM Scholarship Benefit

Wonderful opportunity to meet Best-Selling Author Bob Roth and Broadway veteran Bart Shatto on Sunday, April 28 at 5:45 pm for a Nationwide Group Meditation and Scholarship Benefit.

Registration is required due to limited seating.

The evening's festivities include:

  • National Group Meditation — please arrive by 5:45 pm
  • Bob Roth, the author of New York Times Best Seller Strength in Stillness interviewing local meditating community leaders
  • Interviews with local meditating community leaders
  • Delightful entertainment by Bart Shatto
  • Delicious hors d'oeuvres

Broadway veteran Bart Shatto will sing for our entertainment. Bart Shatto is a Broadway theater actor-singer who has appeared in the Broadway musicals Les Misérables (as Valjean), War Paint, The Civil War and Dracula, the Musical as well as the national tours of Cats and Les Miserables. He has also been a vocalist for the Gold/platinum-selling symphonic rock band The Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Recently, Bart was seen on CBS "Murphy Brown," NBC's "Chicago Med" and was the voice of "Gaspard's Papa" in the Disney Jr. animated series "Gaspard and Lisa."

Bob Roth will speak and interview local leaders. He is one of the most experienced and sought-after meditation leaders in America. Over the past 45 years, Bob has taught Transcendental Meditation to many thousands of people, and is the author of the 2018 New York Times bestseller, “Strength in Stillness: The Power of Transcendental Meditation.” As CEO of the David Lynch Foundation Bob has helped bring meditation to more than a million students in under-served schools in 35 countries, to military veterans and their families who suffer from post-traumatic stress, and to women and children who are survivors of domestic violence.
