Event description

Description

"Customer Acquisition," "Outreach," “Donor Development” – the name may change, but it’s all the same for us: organizations that serve people need people to serve. Join us for a facilitated discussion about the challenges and opportunities our organizations face in increasing our reach and finding new clients, with a focus on how Salesforce is helping manage those processes. We'll have demos of Leads, including lessons learned, Dos and Don’ts with Leads, and how Salesforce themselves uses Leads. We will also have a demo of Shwa, an innovative approach that brings the people to the services by asking patients about their needs and connecting them to services.

Agenda
