Like it or not, your summer 2011 internship is nearing its completion. Before you finish up and head back to university, how are you going to end your internship?
We want to bring together motivated interns from all walks of internship-life in NYC for a night of networking (and surprises!). It's time to reflect on what you learned, put the finishing touches on your summer project(s), and finish your summer internship as someone who is known for results.
For those who missed the first NYC Interns Hash It Up event (you can see what it looked like here!), do not fret - we would really love to meet you at *The Finale* on Thursday, August 4th. And oh yeah, just like last time...we have a few surprises up our sleeves.
VENUE: Meetup HQ, 632 Broadway, 3rd Floor (located between Bleecker St and East Houston St/West Houston St.)
DATE: August 4th, Thursday
QUESTIONS or IDEAS? Email or tweet organizers Kishin Manglani (email@example.com, @KishinManglani), Emily Miethner (firstname.lastname@example.org, @EmilyMiethner), and/or Brian Watson (email@example.com, @bawatson).
P.S. We ask only two things of you if you wish to attend:
- You are an intern in NYC
- You are focused on 'executing to the fullest' as the finale of your summer internship approaches
P.P.S. While you're at it, make sure you use Hashable to hash it up with everyone you want to remember so you don't forget any of the awesome interns you meet at the event! You can download the newly launched Hashable 2.0 iPhone app here or Android app here.
