Join Culinary Center Educator and cookbook author Wai Chu (The Dumpling: A Seasonal Guide) for a dumpling-making workshop in conjunction with the 2013 NYC Dumpling Festival! Let Wai show you how to make a delicious dumpling filling, and then try your hand at making two classic Asian dumplings using a variety of folds and cooking techniques.
On the Menu: Vegetable Potstickers; Sweet Potato Rice Balls with Melted Sugar Center.
