Participants participating in this program will be able to:

* Recognize symptoms and core emotional states of the most challenging situations / clients.

* Explain how emotional intelligence and stress managment work together in problem resolution

* Actively explain and use the STEPS assessment process

* Identify the distinctions between clinical disorders and personality disorders

* Effectively develop skills to avoid escalating challenging clients

* Identify ways to protect themselves from stress and potential danger in the workplace.
