Get ready! NYC BigApps is hosting a mega-hackathon, taking over two floors of the Huffington Post for teams competing in two competition tracks: Healthy Living and Lifelong Learning.
The NYC BigApps Healthy Living + Lifelong Learning Hackathon will feature $10,000 in cash prizes for winning teams that participate and demo apps that help:
a) New Yorkers to eat better, get in shape, live healthier lifestyles, and access healthcare resources
b) People of all ages connect to NYC's diverse learning opportunities and educational resources

- George Weiner, Founder of Whole Whale and former CTO of DoSomething.org
This hackathon will also feature an extensive list of expert designers, programmers, and issue advisors who will be available to help you build your apps. Get all your Healthy Living and Lifelong Learning questions answered! Then, enter NYC BigApps 2013 for a chance to win up to $55,000!!
