New York City Architectural Photo Walk with Hasselblad

Join Hasselblad Master Swee Oh on an Architectural Photo Walk of New York City at the Oculus!

See how Swee handles the challenge of shooting handheld, identifying interesting subjects and working with the environmental light to produce award winning images. In a small-group format learn what goes through the mind of a Hasselblad Master, and see the tools and techniques she uses. Hasselblad representatives will also be on hand with cameras for you to try out.


What to bring:

Attendees should bring their own camera with wide angle and normal lenses, but be ready to walk! Hasselblad cameras will also be available to try out, bring a UHS-I SD card (minimum 90mb/s) if you wish to take images home with you.

Rain/Cancellation policy: If weather does not permit we will refund the fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are fully refunded, no-shows forfeit their fee.





About Swee Oh :

Swee Oh, an internationally acclaimed Architecture Photographer, is based in San Francisco, California USA. She is originally from Malaysia. Her professional background in architecture, and her artistic eye, combine to create stunning architectural photographs that have won prestigious awards. Swee's visual world is deeply influenced by how she uses light, form, shadows and textures in her work.

Additionally, her interest in people has led to memorable street photography and street portraiture. All of her photographs, whether architectural or street tell visual stories that stir emotions and hold the viewer's attention.

Swee was recently awarded the prestigious Hasselblad Masters Award 2016 for the Architecture Category and 1st Place Sony World Photography Award 2016 for the Open Category for Arts and Culture. Swee is also a featured member of Google+ Create Community.
