Speakers

Chester Baldwin: Chester Baldwin is an accomplished defense attorney and Washington state lobbyist. Chester has been working for the NYBA as their Government Affairs Director since 2013.  As the head of the government affairs team, he is leading the association's efforts to bring more jobs to the northwest and increase the recreational boating industry throughout the state.

Chester has been working for the NYBA as their Government Affairs Director since 2013.  As the head of the government affairs team, he is leading the association's efforts to bring more jobs to the northwest and increase the recreational boating industry throughout the state. 

Michael Cozad: I started my federal civil service career with the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of Arizona in 2004. I was sworn in as an officer with U.S. Customs and Border Protection in 2008 and stationed at the Port of Bellingham. Currently I am assigned as the acting port director for Anacortes port of entry. I have over eight years of seaport experience overseeing a wide array of laws and regulations dealing primarily in the maritime environment.

Molly Holden: Molly Holden has been in the marine industry for over 30 years. She was the vice president and operations manager for a marine title company for its' first 15 years, served as executive director of NYBA for a short period and opened Pacific Maritime Title 2004.  She has served on NYBA's Government Affairs Committee from its' inception and assisted in writing the first Department of Revenue manual in the 1990's and each of its' revised editions since then.  Her emphasis throughout has been the interpretation of the marine industry regulations and their implementation by the industry

Gabriel Gervelis: Proud member of University of Washington's startup incubator, Co-motion, Gabriel Gervelis is the CEO of New Audience Media, a digital advertising agency that uses technology and data to give event exhibitors the ability to serve targeted digital ads to attendee’s days before they arrive at an event. His diverse media background includes digital, data, search, social, native, analytics, strategic partnerships, media planning, venture capital and much more.

Vincent Finetti: He is the co-founder of Boat Show Avenue & Prestige Vision Inc, a marketing agency specialized in yachting and private aviation. Vincent has spent the last 9 years travelling around the world to hundreds of boat shows, helping over 285 shipyards and over 950 boat sales professionals. He recently created Yacht Sales Academy to help boat brokers, boat dealers and boat builders sell more boats.
