S298A-Hoylman/A2912 Dinowitz: makes the HPV vaccine mandatory to attend school

S3899/Krueger: allows minors to be treated for STD (including HPV vaccine) without the knowledge or consent of parents

S4244/Krueger: allows any child fourteen years of age and up to have any vaccines administered, regardless of parental consent, as applicable by grade/age level requirements required by law

3. Update on our religious exemption protection bill to preserve & protect religious exemption laws, by utilizing a standardized exemption form/process to ensure that both public and private schools can no longer deny and/or contest religious exemptions.

4. Update on bill S477 the medical exemption bill that extends protections of the medical exemption from mandatory immunizations for students, based on written opinion of any NYS licensed practitioner if they believe immunizations are detrimental to a child's health or is otherwise contraindicated. As well as information from Dr Larry Palevsky on vaccine risks, adverse reactions & qualifications for medical exemptions.

5. What you can do - learn who your reps are & how to effectively lobby for vaccine rights. We'll discuss how to secure a meeting, effective phone calls and emails to reps, constituent meetings with reps (what to say and what not to say) and how to continue the dialogue/lobbying to ensure our rights are protected.
