TOP FIVE REASONS TO EAT INSECTS
1. Sustainability: Insects require less food, water and land than current livestock.
2. Environment: Insects produce less methane than current livestock.
3. Nutrition: Bugs like crickets are full of protein, heart healthy Omega-3 fats, and are low in cholesterol.
4. Taste: Bugs are pretty tasty, and they absorb the flavours of the other foods with which they are cooked.
5. Ethics: Bugs can be euthanised so that they are in a deep sleep (in a frozen state) when they are killed.
TOP FIVE REASONS TO DRINK COCKTAILS
Just kidding.
Please note: insects can be a food allergen, especially for those who have shellfish allergies.
