We worked hard to make this conference as affordable as possible and have been able to include free lodging for Saturday night with the registration fee. You will be able to check-in at any time on Saturday. That being said, we ask that attendees be flexible with the rooms they are assigned. We have rented out the entire motel at the Silver Beach Resort which includes 6 double rooms (queen + full bed), 7 double rooms (two full beds), and 3 single rooms (king bed) and are planning on having 2 people per queen/king sized bed. We request you bring a sleeping bag if you own one. Please enter you rooming preferences as you register; we will do our best to accommodate but make no guarantees.
If you choose the winter camping option, the Silver Beach Resort has camping spots immediately next to the motel. Campers will have access to restrooms and showers in the motel. Additionally, we are offering free camping space at a cabin near the resort on Friday night for any attendees who are coming in early.

Didactic and practical portions of the conference will conclude before noon on Sunday to allow for attendees to snowshoe, XC, in-bounds, or backcountry ski in the beautiful terrain surrounding the Silver Beach Resort.
