About this event
Are you the owner of a local Black-owned business? Do you know someone who is?
This event is tailored for you! We welcome all supportive members of Northwest Arkansas's beautiful community to join us for a business expo that is one of a kind. This event is being brought to you by Black-Owned NW Arkansas in collaboration with Blackground Agency. All are welcome to attend and support local Black-owned businesses by engaging with and purchasing products/services.
Masks and social distancing are encouraged for ALL guests, regardless of vaccination status. We hope to see you and your family at the Apollo on Emma Avenue in Springdale to join us in celebration of February being National Black History Month with us!

BLACK OWNED NWA EXPO APPLICATION
This form is for VENDOR REGISTRATION ONLY!
-Application Deadline is February 20th at midnight.
Vendor fee is NON-REFUNDABLE unless your business is not approved to be a vendor.
-Acceptance/Denial Emails will be sent out within 1 day of applications closing.
-Space provided includes 10' X 10' tables and 2 chairs (Need more ?-Contact us for options blackownednwa@gmail.com)
-In an attempt to be fair across all business, we are not accepting applications from Network Marketing (MLM) sales people.
Vendor slots are limited and subject to approval, registration for vendors WILL CLOSE at 12 AM Sunday February 20th. Vendor fee is NON-REFUNDABLE unless your business is not approved to be a vendor. This vendor fee secures your spot located on the square and/or nearby venues within the evening market experience. Please note: You will be expected to Bring Your Own table cloths, products, promotional materials and transaction devices. Electric power and wi-fi access should not be expected, nor is it guaranteed, but you are encouraged to bring your own fans, generators, power sources, hot spots, Stripe, CashApp, laptops, photographers, etc., to aid with processing & recording sales.
10' x 10' Booth Fees:
General: $65
Non-Profit: $33
Fees will be sent via invoice upon acceptance in to the event.
Both upon registration and 2 days prior to the event, ALL vendors and their staff may be prompted and required to complete a verification form and/or temperature reading to confirm with signature that they have not previously been exposed to anyone exhibiting Covid-19 symptoms in the past 14 days. Accepted vendors will be able to arrive by 9 AM for set up.
Any vendor with a cough, sore throat, fever, or shortness of breath will be immediately asked to remove themselves from the venue. ALL age appropriate guests are required to wear a mask, socially distance and adhere to State Health Guidelines if they have been exposed to Covid-19, NO EXCEPTIONS.
