Description

The trigger point moves business owners from concepts into taking action in integrating exit strategy practice and/or value growth acceleration into their daily business operations. It correlates the personal, financial and business assessments motiva ting the client to take action. Properly executed, it positions the business owner and the business for a successful execution of the optimum ownership transition strategy. The focus of this session is on the practical application of the EPI process to real life business owner situations.
