About this Event

In this talk, we explore the link between diet, nutrition and emotional and mental health. We discover how certain foods can trigger low mood and cravings, and learn what foods to eat to produce hormones that make your happy, energised and resilient to stress. We’ll also learn how the gut plays a major role in regulating your mood. If you’ve ever ‘gone with your gut’ or felt ‘butterflies in your stomach’ you’ve felt how the gut (‘aka the second brain’) influences our mood and wellbeing.
