We all know the common saying "you are what you eat" and that statement is more true than ever for athletes. There is overwhelming evidence showing that optimal strength and endurance training is 100% connected to the foods we fuel our bodies with.
Join us for a special two hour presentation and dynamic workshop by Eric Post, as he discusses nutrition for fitness, including the pros and cons of various diets, supplements, and athlete training programs. Eric has competed in multiple 70.3 Ironman competitions & triathlons, bike races, and has even trekked to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro. He is a major proponent of using whole foods nutrition for fitness and athletic training as well as in everyday life, and is passionate about providing education about nutrition to all.
Come learn from him and experience his passion and dedication to nutrition, fitness, and most importantly, bringing people together in community and support. We will provide high vibe nutrient-dense snacks, a dynamic workshop, and a chance to meet and mingle with the talented team behind Joule Crafted Nutrition.
Suggested donations of $15 per ticket are sincerely appreciated for this event, but a sliding scale is offered to keep this workshop affordable for all.
