Poor nutritional habits can be holding you back from reaching your full athletic potential. Meal content, timing, and periodization are key factors that affect how your body responds to activity.

This seminar will teach you: Why diet matters in performance sport, when to eat during training, what foods are the best fuel, and how to navigate sports supplements. You will leave with the tools you need to be your best, highest-performing self.

About Erika Schwass, MSc Human Health and Nutritional Science: I am what some people would call a foodie. I love trying new foods and recipes and have been known to start most conversations asking what someone is eating. As a nutritional scientist and long-distance runner, I am passionate about using and sharing the latest and most efficacious research for training and nutritional strategies. The use of which, lead to the creation of my cookbook Fuel Proof, and the completion of 6 half marathons (and counting).
