The Nutrition and Movement for Winter Workshop will provide you with all the necessery knoweldge and tips you need for the season.

- Make food choices that improve your energy, weight and digestion.
- Make use of foods as supplements.
- Reduce toxic load and stay alkiline.
- Stay fit and warm with special cooking recipies in cold season.
- Release physycal tension and return to balance with 10 minute practice.
You will walk away with your personal blueprint for winter health.
