Class meets Wednesdays, 6-7pm, January 18 – February 8, 2017
Led by an AAMC Registered Dietitian, this series will teach you how to be a wise eater and educated consumer by choosing foods to maximize your health and wellbeing. Geared towards individuals, couples and families, this four week series will provide you with basic nutrition principles, usable tips and easy-to-understand information to help you make the best food choices for your lifestyle and your family. These interactive classes will provide time for discussion and questions.
