October 5 — Cooking Basics
Build a foundation for healthy cooking by refining basics, including knife skills and cooking techniques. Practice braising, searing and roasting; learn to identify and cook with ancient grains, seasonal vegetables and lean, rich proteins.
October 12 — Vegetarian Basics
Incorporate more meatless meals into your routine and transform vegetarian classics such as beans, tofu and quinoa into culinary masterpieces.
October 19 — Mediterranean Basics
The Mediterranean diet boasts a multitude of health benefits as well as delicious foods. Learn to cook Mediterranean favorites using traditional olive oils, fatty fish and fresh ingredients.

The Cooking School staff will confirm if seats are available for this class, and you will pay at the registers. After you have paid, bring your receipt back to the Cooking School immediately to reserve your seat in the class.
