Description

Climate change, voting rights, violence against women... there's no shortage of big, complex issues to tackle, not to mention coursework, internships, and clubs that take up your time. It can get overwhelming! Barnard alumna and meditation instructor, Adriana DiFazio '15 will show you how to use mindfulness meditation to ensure you're taking care of yourself while simultaneously delivering on commitments you've made.

Workshop Instructor: Adriana DiFazio '15

Adriana is a New York-based meditation instructor, writer, and speaker. She started meditating as a student at Barnard College in 2012 within the Shambhala Buddhist tradition. Her personal interest in mindfulness practices led her to become one of the founding team members and General Manager of Exubrancy, a national office wellness company. She provides meditation instruction at MNDFL, corporate offices, and events throughout the country. Adriana graduated from MNDFL’s 300-Hour Meditation Teacher Training Program in 2016 and the Mukpo Institute, a three-month meditation retreat, in 2018.
