Description

Nurses are front line providers for screening and promoting access to treatment for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) in many settings including: Obstetrics, Pediatrics, home care, community health, primary care and emergency settings. This seminar will give you practical skills that you can immediately apply to screen and treat families who are struggling with depression, anxiety and other mental health issues before, during and after pregnancy. This seminar is applicable to RNs and LPNs, PCAs, home health aides, and medical assistants, as well as advanced practice nurses in all specialties.
