MOWASH PRODUCTIONS (MWP) is proud to present yet another powerful new stage play Written, Directed by Moses Washington & Assistant Director Lyneise Rachelle: THE NURSING HOME STAGE PLAY, will be performed at 7 Stages Theater |Friday August 2nd 8:00pm & Saturday August 3rd | 3:00pm & 8:00pm
Synopsis: The Nursing Home is a dramatic comedy with a twist of mystery that follows 8 elderly individuals living in a nursing home. Forgotten by their parents whose schedules were just too rigorous to give them the care that they needed, these 8 individuals must rely on each other to cope with life away from family and friends. With 8 different personalities and a wealth of knowledge between them, you will follow them on their journey full of history, entertainment, suspense, cut throat honesty, jokes and everyday conversation. The Nursing Home stage play will have you laughing, crying and in deep thought all in a matter of moments. You don’t want to miss this amazing show that will have you on an emotional roller-coaster of suspense, drama and survival.
About Moses Washington (MoWash Productions): A native of Miami, FL graduate of Miami Carol City Senior High and University of Oklahoma. Washington is the founder and artistic director of MoWash Productions. Early in life Moses was diagnosed with specific learning disability (SLD) that could have deterred and effected his determination in life. But with all the odds against him, Washington has put to silence the stereotypes associated with children diagnosed with SLD through his impeccable work ethic.
Washington's athletic abilities have also played a major role in helping him excel in the areas of education. Being a star football player and track and field star while in high school. Washington was offered and accepted a full scholarship to the University of Oklahoma where he obtained a Bachelors degree in African American Studies and a Master degree in Human Relations, all while establishing MoWash Productions.
MoWash Productions strives to promote an awareness of the multifaceted problems that plague our communities’ day in and day out through the art of dramatic presentation.
