Speaker: Rosale C. Lobo MSN, CNS, RN, LNCC- national speaker
Rosale Lobo RN has been a national nursing documentation speaker since 2007. She has 28 years of nursing experience and dedicates her career to understanding nursing documentation. Rosale is a doctoral candidate conducting research on nursing documentation and its effect on nurse defendants. Rosale has extensive experience as a direct care nurse, a nursing supervisor, and an educator. Since 2003, Rosale has worked with plaintiff medical malpractice attorneys in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Colorado, New York, and Connecticut as a legal nurse consultant. Rosale is the author of Guilty or Innocent? Protecting Your License Through Proper Nursing Documentation. Her passion for empowering nurses through documentation is taught in a fun and engaging way through stories and personal experiences.
This CE contact hour activity will assist Professional Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses in developing a comprehensive understanding of nursing documentation influenced by healthcare organizations and healthcare law.
