Nuances (the art of capturing an emotion, working with clients to offer them an alternative to a smile and set yourself apart from the crowd.)
- Have you ever just missed by a moment that perfect photo opportunity and said, “Darn if only I’d seen that coming?”
- Or, perhaps you have been working through a portrait session and wished you’d “just been a little faster”?
- Have you been doing studio portraits and need to know how to “hit it out of the park” every time?
- You’ve worked with a subject and wanted more than the generic smile?
Are your portrait images falling short of your expectations. If so, and you’d like to explore some techniques to allow you to capture that moment you missed, join Davis and others and learn to avoid eyes wide shut.
This course will include a presentation and a hands on shoot for all students! Bring your cameras to class with batteries charged and ready to use! A model will be posing for students to take turns directing and shooting using the techniques you learned earlier in class.
