About this event
The NSWDU Workshops are held annually to help students prepare for the NSW State Team Trials, and to develop their debating skills.
Workshops are open to students from years 7 to 12, and will accommodate all experience levels. They will be taught by highly experienced coaches, with a significant breadth of international debating experience across our NSWDU coaching team. The sessions will cover a variety of tools to set students up for debating success, including general knowledge and specific debating skills. In each session, students will have the opportunity to pick a skill level and knowledge area that suits them. They will also have the opportunity to watch a demonstration debate featuring talented university-level debaters and State Team alumni.
